Additional listing changes for that address are FREE.  When the townhome is rented, 4Rent.com will place a "NOT AVAILABLE" sign next to the ad.  Re-activation is also FREE if the unit becomes available again during the year.  At the end of the year, you will be notified if you wish to renew the ad.
